Anime Folge: Himeno lebte bisher mit ihrem Vater - einem Liebesromanschriftsteller - alleine, ihre Mutter starb schon vor vielen Jahren. Doch nun hat sich ihr Vater neu verliebt und so ziehen sie zu der neuen Familie. Die neue Frau ihres Vater hat 2 Töchter: - Mawata: total verschlossen und stillschweigend, sie nimmt kaum am Familienleben teil - Mitsune: die von ihrer Schönheit absolut überzeugt ist, Himeno aber nicht leiden kann und sie aus der Familie wieder vertreiben will (ebenso wie ihren Vater) Insgesamt kommt Himeno mit der neuen Familiensituation ziemlich schlecht zurecht - auch in der Schule wird sie deshalb von einigen schief angesehen oder angelabert. Sie ist schließlich sogar so deprimiert, dass sie sich wünscht gar nicht erst zu exisiteren. Zur gleichen Zeit lernt man die Leafe Knights kennen, die aus einer anderen Welt kommen und versuchen die Erde zu retten, denn es macht sich das Böse breit und entzieht allem Lebenden die Energie (das klingt zuerst total klischeehaft und typisch Magical Girl, wird aber im weiterem Verlauf sehr viel besser, wenn man mal den ganzen Hintergrund erfahren hat). Die Leafe Knights suchen die sog. Prétear, ein Mädchen, das auf der Erde lebt und die Fähigkeit besitzt mit ihnen zusammen die Erde zu retten. Da die Gefahr immer größer wird, haben sie begonnen, das Mädchen auf der Erde zu suchen.. + Informações

SPOILER ALERT: Pretear!!! I know it looks like the normal opening, but there is a section of it that differs from earlier episodes. This opening is used in only the 10th and the 11th episodes. It contains an interesting spoiler concidering where the new sequence was placed. I downloaded the episodes from KAA, but I did make this video. FAN-made so i don't own the music or any of that.
