Posmrtna Liturgija is a Serbian Black Metal band formed in 2000 in Belgrade. The black light of Posmrtna Liturgija was lit up on winter of 2000. and back then there was only two members. The founder Dragan Pagan is very proud of having the strong idea of creating satanic cult unique for Serbian underground scene. Posmrtna Liturgija was seeking for their place in Serbian underground scene for about a year that was full with rehersals and upgrading musical as well as tehnical skills to perform the black magic. After a period of rehersals this two-member band automatically starts to perform in their home town, Ruma, and after a year new basist joined the conquering, for music became much more serious and could not be performed without bass guitar. After a short period "Od Zla Oca I Jos Gore Majke..." was recorded. Pause took place for about six months, in work of creating true black metal magic, after which they continue with conquering on festivals in Serbia and couple former Yugoslav countries. Posmrtna Liturgija played with many metal bands such as: Avatar(ROM); Avenger(CZ); Casket Garden(HUN); Dark Storm(CZ); Debauchery(GER); The Stone(SER); Embriotomy(MAC); Enthrallment(BUL); Fleshless(CZ); Grenjar(NOR); Heretical Guilt(SER); Hypnos(CZ); Koldbrann(NOR); Korozy(BUL); May Result(SER); Negura Bunget(ROM); Orkrist(SK); Inferno(CZ); Sacramental Blood(SER);Vokodlok(ROM); and many others. Prvu postavu ?inili su Boris ?iki? - ?ile (vokal), Milan Mirkovi? - Hudini (gitara) i Dragan Mirkovi? - Mejden (klavijature i ritam ma?ina), a prvi muzi?ki poku?aji benda bili su pod velikim uticajem kultnog novosadskog benda Pero Defformero. Osim vokala, koji je bio malo narodnjak a malo growl, muzika Acaverne je spajala uticaje raznih metal bendova popularnih u to vreme, kao ?to su Pantera, Slayer, Kreator, Metallica, Megadeth, Carcass, Cannibal Corpse, Annihilator, Overkill i drugi. U periodu 1997-1999. Acaverna je na?inila pregr?t snimaka koji i dan danas zvu?e bolesno i jezivo i ne preporu?uju se svakom. Dolaskom Borisa Mirkovi?a - Strike (gitara) krajem 1998. muzi?ka direkcija benda se unekoliko menja i oboga?uje uticajima bluza, roka i popa. Me?utim, Strika se nije dugo zadr?ao u bendu a nakon njegovog odlaska Acaverna se vra?a starim metal korenima i snima jo? dva snimka na kojima postepeno izbacuje i narodnja?ki vokal sve ve?im kori??enjem Mejdenovog vokala. Poslednji snimak, nastao krajem 2000. godine, jedini je na kome su kori??eni pravi bubnjevi i, na?alost, jedini koji je nepovratno izgubljen. Acaverna se nikada nije zvani?no raspala, ve? su njeni ?lanovi nakon 2000. godine po?eli da rade sa drugim bendovima i vi?e se nisu vra?ali u staru pri?u.
