Hey guys, Gawd... i cannot believe it! Muchos thanks to baby for playing as Wesker again, since we usually only do double Sheva runs. Me and Greg were originally set out to try double Wesker today aiming for 1000K... then those runs went haywire and we were like "Screw it! Use Tribal". We grinded a few hours, reaching only scores between 830-860K, took a break and then achieved this score! It was hard waiting for nitro luck to pass by though, but in this run i had 3 lucky drops. We only wanted to be the first to break 900K for Sheva, but got a much higher score than expected - all thanks to Greg's great play. ^_^ My performance here could have been better, but for now my Tribal goal has been reached finally, so now i can move onto getting my other goals. Thanks for playing Mr.Pork.Pie.... xD This time, i suggested we try Ship Deck. At first we played as double BSAA and achieved 675K with a very low combo. Which isnt bad, but that took almost all the energy and patience out of me, since centre spawn, i had to deal with 6 chainsaws. Then i tried clubbin' and got even more frustrated lol... We used the Ragia and Rainbow Chris BSAA strategy, so special thanks to them. We decided to try Tribal and Clubbin' simply because i had enough of getting mauled, so wanted to be lazy with arrows haha. But turns out our Nitro luck wasn't too bad. I got a few drops and Greg took one drop too. We know there's higher potential for this team, so hopefully 800K soon, being that we hold a much larger combo and have better drops. I used a Shure SM-81 Condenser Mic, Beta 52A Mic, and a SM-57 mic. They all were ran into a Peavey PV14USB mixer. Another cable running from the output on the mixer connected to the mic input on my Canon ZR800 Camcorder to record the audio. As we accelerate into the 21st century the amount of data being stored and managed by archives is sky rocketing. The first to feel the full weight of this burden are the audio visual archives where a single film title in High Definition may take up to 7 terrabytes of storage. At the same time the effects of Moore's Law are slowing down meaning that capacity isn't expanding to cope and the cost is no longer halving every 18 months. Add to that concerns over the shelf life of digital files, debates over hard drives versus data tape as long term storage and the commercial imperative for developers to produce new and better file systems (and forcing old codecs into redundancy) and the future seems less than clear.
