At the beginning of the paved trail, There is a box with brouchures for a self guided tour with the history of this location. Many photos with the original buildings & landscape from way back from Yesteryear! Very suitable for the handicaped. All trails are paved & are very easy to negotiate with slight inclines. Also there is sizable a pier/deck over the water to make it easier to watch the fish,.....Or even hook a few Brook Trout in this catch & release fishing natural environment! Brook Trout are the only Trout species native to the Kettle Moraine & are still found today throughout the region!
