First time I've uploaded anything but saw a few people were struggling with this level. I somehow passed after a few goes with a "Good" ranking so I was going to try and repeat that and record it but this time but I wound up getting a "Perfect." You may want to note I had a fair number of the challenges done and found the extra money one of particular use. Hope this helps. This is the opening movie in a series of movies dedicated to teaching a viewer how to get a "perfect run" in Dead Rising: the maximum number of possible survivors, Ending A, all psychopaths slain (at least once), all cases solved. It's worth mentioning that this is a perfect run in name only. I take hits; I screw up; I make a few wacky control mistakes and beat a couple of bosses in a less than enthralling fashion. This whole thing is also rife with spoilers, naturally. A "cold" run through this walkthrough would result in the player earning the Humanist, Life Saver, Saint, 3 Day Survivor, Photojournalist, The Artiste, and other possible Achievements. Notes on 1-1: I grab the baseball bats from the pile of stuff, then only do as much fighting as I have to. Grabbing Brian's shotgun is a big help later, as it's a while before you can conveniently reach a shotgun on your own. As it turns out, I wound up really needing it during this run. I started out this run intending to get the Census Taker achievement, which is why I pause to photograph all the survivors in the Entrance Plaza, but I tend to lose track of that as I go on.. + Informações

2-7: This file's been edited to bring it in at under 100MB. I chopped out big chunks of the loading screens with VirtualDub, which I may start doing from now on, and wound up deleting the run from the elevator to the duct, because really, who cares. This is the final Paradise Plaza run of this "chapter." I have so much time on the clock left here that it's actually kind of silly. That's why I do things like screw around with the shower head, smash all the boxes looking for food, and hang out at the warehouse elevator and let the boys clear the lift mob for me. Since Shinji's carrying around a full shotgun, I go ahead and take it back. You never know when one of these will come in handy, and there's no real reason besides your own personal quirks to leave full, good weapons in the hands of the survivors.. + Informações

The 3rd place winner in the Sonic Amateur Game Expo and sequel to the awesome Halloween based game staring Tails and his cursed doppelgänger. As usual, I went for the perfect run involving no damage throughout the whole video. The "Tails Norris" achievement that appears at the end of the video is proof. It took me a while to make the video, but I finally got a good video going. This video wound up being a huge "production." I added special initial credits in the video, along with my logo and TheBlox's logo. It's going to be released in 1080p. The only problem will be that, since I did the video on my laptop, sometimes you'll hear the occasional hard clicking of my keystrokes, since my laptop recorded through the microphone. 2-2: I wound up breaking one katana by accident during the fight with Adam. I ditch the other one so I can grab Adam's small chainsaw, then grab a second one after Greg's arrival cutscene forces a stage reset. With the Entertainment, Engineering, and Criminal Biography books, it means these two small chainsaws will last for most of the rest of the game. I escort Greg to the restroom for the secret passage--tagging him once or twice with the chainsaw, admittedly--and head back briefly to get the Yuu and Shinji message from Otis. This also "activates" Greg as a viable survivor, so I give him my depleted SMG. This lets him door-guard for me while I talk to Yuu and Shinji. The book I pick up from behind the counter is the Japanese Conversation book, which allows Frank to hold a halting conversation with Yuu and Shinji. Without it, he can't recruit them, as they don't speak English. Yuu and Shinji aren't the best combat survivors in the game--that title goes to Kindall--but they're close. Giving Yuu my shotgun means that between him and Greg, they'll be more than capable of guarding any perimeter area I set them in. I'm going to catch a stray bullet from them more than once, but Frank can take it, and having them around is very useful in the stage to come.. + Informações

The good news, such as it is, is that the Hall family is keeping Entrance Plaza clear of cultists. Nobody has any business following me around until after the snipers are dead, so I leave Jolie alone for the moment and head up to violently resolve the situation. Talking with Wayne, for whatever reason, seems to draw the snipers out and into my vicinity. Horrible fleshtearing violence ensues. The only reason I get into any trouble at all is because I'm taking photos when I should be killing people. I also go for a Neck Twist on the prone zombie in the cosmetics store and wind up with the Giant Swing instead, which I left in for the sake of demonstration. One thing that's helpful to do if you're chasing a sniper like this is to either bring a shotgun and empty it into them while you're running, or to throw things at them while you're in pursuit. I didn't do it here simply because I didn't want to look like a dumbass when/if it didn't work. Quickstep is another option, but the snipers randomly change direction so often that it's more trouble than it's worth. With an SMG-wielding Wayne in tow, I go reunite Jolie and Rachel. I'm briefly tempted to go start talking to Floyd while Jolie and Rachel reunite, but abandon the idea. It's a good idea to grab one of the many, many bags of snacks from Entrance Plaza before you leave, if you don't have anything else handy. Even if you wound up eating all the snacks toward the north end of the plaza while you were dealing with the snipers .... + Informações
