I'm Not Going to Work Today written by Joe Tex performed by Boot Hog Pefferly & The Loafers issued as Sound Stage 7 2513 in November 1963Sometime in the summer of 1962, Jack Sander parted ways with Ray Allen and Hardy Martin and the Tilt label's last single was issued in September 1962. Thus, setting the stage for Allen-Martin's second label, Jam. From August 1962 til mid-1968, 16 releases were issued on Jam (101-105, 107-115, 501, and one un-numbered single). Of those 16, three were picked up for national distubution. During that same time, Allen-Martin had many "Jam Productions" released by Monument, mostly on their Sound Stage 7 label.
