I'm pretty happy with how this came out. It's my second Ouran Host Club AMV and WMM was giving me an extremely hard time...again. This basically revolves around Haruhi and with no point to it, so don't ask. Really, it came to me at like 11:30pm the other night. And don't mind the random parts with the twins. They're pretty much just space-consumers, because I wasn't too sure of what to put in those spots exactly. Haruhi is a poor tomboyish student at a school for the ultra-wealthy, able to attend because of a scholarship, and unable to even afford a uniform. One day, she stumbles across the decidedly peculiar but very popular Ouran Host Club. She tries to leave, but accidentally breaks a vase, and unable to pay for it, she's told that she'll have to stay and do odd jobs. That is, until they decide she would be more valuable as a club member. Not realizing she's female due to her appearance, they fix her up and give her a male uniform. She's an instant hit, so they decide to have her keep up the charade even after they find out the truth. Haruhi, being average almost to a fault, doesn't know what to make of the unconventional activities of the Host Club (or of the even more unconventional members), but having little choice, she plays along. I'm sure it will inevitably be brought up, so I'll say it now - I did not copy anyone in the making of this vid. I know there are a handful of other vids with this combo, but I started planning scenes before I saw any of them. It's a 26 ep series, there are bound to be similar scenes. ---- My entry for Anime Expo 2011. Sadly, the competition was quite fierce this year so it didn't get it. Which is fine, because it motivated me to send to other cons for once. This was definitely the most fun I've had making an AMV. No matter how many times I got stuck, or had to rewatch Ouran, it was a complete joy to make from beginning to end. My goal with these vids is generally to get people interested in the anime, but I ended up getting myself interested in buying the manga because of this vid. So this is my frist Ouran Host Club video!! It's i guess about Tamaki's love for Haruhi and Haruhi occasionally taking it lol (I made this a while before the last few episodes but youtube wouldn't let me load this :[ ). I really think they make a cute couple.....but so do Haruhi and Hikaru.........AHHHHH! it's terrible lol but w/e. ANyways I love the song!!! I still can't get over the fact that that is Mori-Senpai (Kirii Daisuke)!!!!! His voice is beautiful. Sound is best with headphones in my opinion. This is my first AMV, therefore I ask you to comment. The song is "Melody" by Legolgel from Petshop Of Horrors, if you can't stand to watch this video through the end xD. When I converted it to .wma, it lost some of it's coolness, so it's not as cool as I think it is. The music got knocked off par a bit, I think it's behind or something... the fact is, it needs work... and I'm too lazy to fix it xDD Anyways, I'm rambling...
