Those who know me will know that I am somewhat obsessive about my performances and music that I am a part of, so we did MANY takes, since I really wanted to get it right :) This was obviously the last take, so when we finally nailed it and I knew we wouldn't have to do another take.. I was happy. Very happy. This performance is taken out of the Cobus Method, which is a product I have been working on, focusing on how to play drums by ear. The section that this performance is featured in covers things like writing with a band, where we filmed the whoooole writing process.. from when the first riff was pitched, to choosing the bpm, to doing the arrangement, working out parts, making jokes, mocking each other.. you know, normal band stuff. We wrote and recorded 5 completely original songs, all in very different styles. It shows a very VERY practical use of the skill of being able to play by ear, writing new drum parts, etc. This was SUCH a freakin incredible experience, it feels awesome to have this captured like this for other people to see how it works when bands write original material, and .... + Informações

Alex Jones has been banned from the Westfields Marriott Washington Dulles hotel in Chantilly, Virginia today two days before the start of the 2012 Bilderberg conference. Unfortunately, I have no choice about this quality; Chadderz sounds tinny because he is on Skype and the video quality is lower because of an incorrect capture card setting during recording. Anyway, this set of races is a bit different to usual! As some of you may already know, these races were done live in front of an audience of viewers around the world on my Twitch live stream. As a result, these races are from the live stream yesterday, featuring the best races in my opinion, dual commentated all the way by me and Chadderz, and a small feature from PasqualinaWii at the very end, heh-heh. We wanted to do our recording at Cambridge on Thursday but it unfortunately didn't work out, hence we had to use this different method instead. Nevertheless, I was pleased with how it turned out! At its peak, the stream had 110 viewers at any given point. We may well do this style again because it was amazingly fun, chatting to the audience and racing with them. Alec Campbell,the last known survivor of the ANZAC forces at Gallipoli (and the last known survivor of Gallipoli) died on Thursday, May 16, 2002 at the age of 103. Today we have to say goodbye to our beloved friend and player, Antonio "cyx" Daniloski, one of the worlds best cyberathletes playing for mousesports. Toni had a car accident on his way back from Frankfurt airport and passed away of the consequences on July 29th, 2010 in the age of 20. Starting point was a missed flight from Frankfurt to Shanghai (China), which our entire Counter-Strike 1.6 team was suspected to take. Unfortunately, Antonio "cyx" Daniloski missed the flight and received another flight on Thursday morning. On his way back from the airport, he had a car accident due to a tire failure and passed away of the consequences. Our thoughts at this difficult time for us go to Tonis family, relatives and friends. We mourn a friend and player who was always loved by everyone in our mousesports team and the whole gaming community and because of his commitment and engagement he was one of the most important and famous personalities of all time in mousesports.
