Octavia Sperati, anciennement connu sous le nom Octavia, est un groupe de métal gothique métal / doom de Bergen, en Norvège. Le groupe a sorti son premier album "Winter Enclosure" en 2005. Leur deuxième album, "Grace Submergé", a été libéré en mai 2007. Les deux albums ont été libérés par Candlelight Records, et les deux versions ont été suivies par une tournée au Royaume-Uni. Le groupe est actuellement "toutes les femmes" sauf pour le batteur, Ivar Alver. Le 20 Juillet 2008, Octavia Sperati a annoncé qu'ils seraient "une pause". Le 10 Mars 2009, il a été annoncé que la chanteuse Silje Wergeland a rejoint le groupe de rock hollandais The Gathering, en remplacement de la chanteuse Anneke van Giersbergen...
