This video was filmed in a beautiful health spa in Koh Chang, a small island 1.5 hours by air from Bangkok. My fiance and I stayed in a amazing room in the middle of a jungle (see the stunning view from the shower!) and we enjoyed delicious vegan food and fresh juices, thai massage, steam baths and swimming in a salt water pool for 10 days and it cost less than it would for us both to spend a day at a posh day spa in the west. To add to the amazing stay, the people were so genuinely friendly, we are already missing the spa therapists that worked there as we all got to know each other so well, even though we could only speak a few words in Thai. If you want to get out of the jungle for a day or two there are stunning beaches such as long beach (video footage to come) with amazingly warm waters and soft white sand with fairy lights hanging from the trees along the shore, where you can laze back in the evening and sip on a young coconut. Ahhhhhh I think Im talking myself in to going back as soon as winter hits Germany! ;) If you are interested in travelling to Thailand I highly recommend you google health spas and retreats as they are surprisingly inexpensive, and you actually return home feeling rested and like you have really had some 'time to yourself' ANYHOW back to the subject matter at hand, HYDROTHERAPY! I love the old Gas helicopters. The Hirobo Shuttle was first introduced in August, 1985. Since then Hirobo has released other types namely Shuttle X, XX, Z, ZX, Z Ts, ZXX, RG. Now Hirobo still produces the Shuttle series names Shuttle plus and Shuttle Sceadu. The Shuttle became known as one of the first ARF Helicopters. (Almost ready to Fly) The Head was typical for heli's at the time with individual 'flapping' blades and a tail rotor driven by a belt. Unusual though, was that it came with an auto rotation clutch as standard equipment thus giving the Shuttle aerobatic properties in the right hands. Mike Mas was famous for flying this helicopter inverted. Because of these extras though, it was expensive when compared to other manufacturers. Shuttle Z's without any accessories were 250, radio was 600, engine was 100, and a Motorized gyro was 175-250. Now over 25 years later the 'Shuttle is still one of the best entry level nitro helicopters on the market. By today's standards, this old Shuttle was not much of a 3D helicopter, but with some mods, loops, rolls, and inverted flight could be accomplished. It's heavy so it becomes much smoother than any of my 1 lb electrics. My shuttle weighs 6.9 lbs for comparison. Being that I'm getting older, I just love to watch my helicopter fly nice and smooth around the sky. I'm sure that this is a familiar recipe to many of you. I didn't invent this recipe, I found it in a recipe book and I give a demonstration and recipe review in this video. To me, nothing takes the place of a real baked New York style cheesecake, but this is a very nice and light dessert to serve especially after a big meal. Most people love this, so it is a great thing to bring to a pot luck dinner. Make it the night before and just grab it out of the fridge and go! Graham Cracker Crust 1 1/4 cups graham cracker crumbs 1/4 cup margarine, softened 1/4 cup sugar Filling 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese (room temperature) 1 cup powdered sugar 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 1 cup heavy cream, whipped 1 (12.5 ounce) can cherry pie filling (or other filling of your choice) Directions Mix together graham cracker crumbs, margarine, and sugar in a bowl until well incorporated and crumbly. Press into a pie plate or into an 8"x8" baking dish or cake pan. Whip the whipping cream until thick. Beat together the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla in a bowl until smooth and spreadable. Gently but thoroughly blend in whipped cream into cream cheese mixture until smooth. Pour cream cheese into prepared crust. Smooth the top with a spatula.
