You'll find 6 different ab exercises where the focus isn't on crunching or spinal flexion, but instead is geared towards providing a core workout that offers stabilization and resistance rotation. Just because these ab exercises aren't your traditional crunches, doesn't mean that you won't get that great ab burning feeling following your workout. These core exercises will still help build 6 pack abs, but in a much safer way that will reduce the incidence of low back pain. The first ab exercise in the evolution of ab training is a simple plank. This exercise needs to be mastered by beginners and those at risk of low back pain. The goal here is to work up to a 90 second to 2 minute hold in the plank position. The next core exercise is the side plank or side bridge. A little more difficult than the regular plank, the trick here is tokeep your body in a straight line and keep those hips raised. Once you've mastered those ab exercises, try the plank with your elbows on the stability ball. According to Men's Health magazine, this exercise works your abs 30% hard than a regular plank. To increase the difficulty of this ab exercise, try moving the ball further away from your body. The fourth ab exercise to work your entire core is the stability ball jackknife. Mixed success on this one. The Axial design is a LOT easier to work with; this coil doesn't have to be curved. The core material did reduce the heat generated, but the voltage is still down from my original proto-type. The voltage is now 1.55 to 1.60 volts AC with no Lenz effect on the rotor (believe me, the belt would scream as loose as it is!) Please note the absence of noise when I directly short out the coil. The amperage is as of yet unknown; I'll let you know what it is later. I must point out that the original coil was 2.75 inches in length and this one is 1.75 inches in length, but both have the same amount of winds (110 winds.) I'll probably add more length to the next coil for more 'on-time', or exposure to the magnet with less gap in-between. I'll also add more steel to my next core to help increase the 'pull' on the magnets, which will increase the output, too. sc427c suggested using a ferrite core....I'd probably have a very difficult time finding a core with the proper dimensions.. + Informações

This is a simple example of PLAY streaming a Hollywood Strings patch (Violas Legato) on a relatively modest i7 920 2.67ghz PC with 12gb ram streaming off of a Crucial C300 256gb SSD drive. The script is disabled to allow for pure streaming power, and the voice limiter is set to 800 voices. I'm holding the sustains pedal and playing random notes across the keyboard. PLAY is running in Vista 64 within Cubase 5.1, and therefore only using ONE CPU core. That's why you see a CPU hit of around 70% at one point. By opening up a second instance of PLAY you will access the next core on the CPU. Please note that this is not a limitation of PLAY but the way core distribution is handled within Cubase.. + Informações
