How a contractor took advantage of a family in Stratford, WI. His faulty workmanship lead to toxic mold, deadly bacteria and huge amounts of property damage. This story is also about laws that have to be changed, the insurance industry coverage flaws and the ill health affects caused by all the unseen damages. At no time was the contractor ever held responsible and or accountable in any way. He had nothing but total disrespect and disregard of the building guidelines and his profession. He purposely ignored installation guidelines and building codes with never receiving any consequences! If our legal system never holds him accoutable...why would he stop his unethical tactics that make him profit? The Legal System, Insurance Companies and Building Associations not only fell short in our case, they failed to follow up looking into other work he did, more or less covering it up! They fear that there are others like us and it would open a Pandora's Box! What if other families are out there being exposed to "who knows what"? Let's change the law to protect the injured and vulnerable parties. If the laws were changed, at the very least, let's put the criminal behind bars and hold them responsible for full monetary restitution and damages caused by their negligence. Either we have outgrown them or there never was balance in the relationship anyway. It's not that they are awful, negative people, it's just that YOU + THEM = SOMETHING NOT THAT GREAT, NOTHING BENEFICIAL, NO RECIPROCITY OR BALANCE, NOTHING IN COMMON ANYMORE. You get the hint What do you do when you are in a friendship with someone who you feel you have outgrown? Holding on, keeps you in a pattern that's no longer in line with your goals and letting go is hard to do. So, what do you do with these people? Do you cut them out? And if yes, what do you tell them? I send one of my leads Roserade. Who puts the opponent to sleep and proceeds to set up Toxic Spikes. Then either switches or attacks depending on the situation. Right after setting up my Toxic Spikes, Charizard wakes up and gets hax and misses its Heat Have. I was about to switch out, but then I realized that I couldn't let my bench take a switch in hit. I could've used Sleep Powder, but I had too much Pride. I didn't want to piss him off by using Sleep Powder again after he woke up and missed his Heat Wave. I went Suicidal and used Leaf Storm. I sent out my Drapion to fight his Charizard. He misses AGAIN with Heat Wave allowing me to set up Swords Dance and easily wipe Charizard out with Night Slash. He then sends out Salamence, a smart move considering Intimidate which turns weakens by Drapion's 2x Attack boost to a 1.5x, but I had Ice Fang...and he had a Focus Sash. He then sets up a Dragon Dance, which make Salamence faster than my Drapion. Yet, even with Drapion's relatively good Defense stat; it just can't take a boosted Earthquake plus Super Effective damage. As the announcer would say "It couldn't take it...its down!", but he didn't... However, I didn't mind too much about my Drapion being KOed; actually I was smiling on the inside, since I could revenge kill with Toxicroak's Sucker Punch. That is exactly what I did. He then sends out his Blastoise, which gets poisoned by Toxic Spikes. I then proceed to SubPunch his Blastoise, but Hydro Pump keeps taking out my .... + Informações
