This wistful comical theme comes from the Italian Oscar winning Holocaust drama Life Is Beautiful directed by and starring Roberto Benigni. Its a truly lovely theme, very catchy and hummable and the music won the Oscar for Best Score. This is the main theme of the movie. It chronicled the missions of a team of secret American government agents known as the Impossible Missions Force (IMF).
