The Love Bone Earth Affair is a home video by the American rock band Mother Love Bone. The home video features never-before-seen footage of Mother Love Bone live in concert combined with previously unreleased interviews with frontman Andrew Wood, bassist Jeff Ament, and guitarist Stone Gossard. The documentary covers the band's formation and its eventual disbandment due to the death of Wood. Additionally, the videos for "Stardog Champion" and "Holy Roller" are included. The short lived yet highly influential Mother Love Bone project had it's sights set for stardom. Frontman Andrew Wood as well as guitarist Stone Gossard and bassist Jeff Ament dressed in 80's glam in hopes of playing in arena sized venues, and they most definitely had the talent and potential to do so. Sadly, Andy Wood would die in 1990 of a heroin overdose and at some time or another every surviving member would move on to play in Pearl Jam.
