I Like to Move It--Bang Gang Janny: Hi, I'm Janny and I'm gonna show you how to do the front splits. Janny: Hi, I'm Janny and I'm going to show do the front splits with my assistant, Immaculate. (Yes, I did introduce myself twice. Hey, everyone makes mistakes!) Immaculate: and I can't really do the splits all the way so I'm gonna show you an easier way to do her stretches Janny: and I'll show you the more advanced way so when you can actually do the splits, you can do them my way. Ok, to start off, we'll do a couple of stretches Immaculate: This is very simple, so anybody can do it Janny: If you can't exactly do it, you can always bring your leg in a little bit, and just hold it in place and switch off to the other leg OK now, do the opposite, with the front leg straight and the back leg bent, and bend forward. Immaculate: If you cant put it straight, just bend (the front leg) a tad bit. Janny: and switch off to the other leg Ok. Now if you have any tables or chairs, bring your foot up and just, hold it in place so that your leg is stretched out or you can do it Immaculate's wayIts a shorter table Immaculate: so put your leg thing up Janny: OK now, you want to keep you back leg straight and your front leg bent like .... + Informações
