I wanted to put up this footage to let you listen to my favorite music track from Sega Dreamcast game Metropolis Street Racer. MSR is a great game with loads of original music. Richard Jacques composed Club Paris and many other music tracks to that game. He has also composed music for example to Sonic R (Sega Saturn), Headhunter (Dreamcast, PS2), Headhunter: Redemption (PS2, Xbox) and Mass Effect (PC, Xbox 360). Sadly, Youtube transcoded my file, so it is now quite blurry. Large picture especially is horrible. And of course it also transcoded my file from stereo to mono. Update (Nov 12th 2009)! I decided to put mp3 track at filesharing service. Nov 20th 2009: Edited mp3 file tiny bit. Metropolis Street Racer (MSR) is a racing game developed by Bizarre Creations and released on the Sega Dreamcast on March 11th 2000 in Europe. It was later released in North America on Jan 17th 2001. The game has drivers racing real world cars on tracks located in London, Tokyo and San Fransisco at different times (night and day) and uses a Kudos system to give players points for both speed and style. Players compete against the clock in many timed challenges or other opponents in races. The game has over 350 challenges and races so it's very long but it's also very challenging and can be frustrating too. It's not for someone looking for an Arcade racer to pick up and play. This one take serious time and dedication. But if you like this kind of racing games you'll love this game on the Dreamcast. It has a great selection of cars, amazing graphics, neat selection of music and good controls. The only problem might just be that it's too hard for the average player.. + Informações

I finally had some time to just sit down and check this game out that Mark send me. Thanks again man! I really appreciate it and I really like the game. I first ended up spending about half an hour on getting rid of the tape and the residue it left behind on the Dreamcast cases. I should have really removed those the same day I got them, yuck! I hate sticker stuff on my games, but it came out nice and clean in the end :) In this video I just take a quick look at the game (MSR) for the first time, so you don't need to tell me my driving skills suck because it's fairly obvious that is the case lol. Yet more messing around...Now the MSR chapter 11 Street Race, and the AI seems to be a little tougher in this type of challenge (rubber band AI)... although this wasn't at all the smoothest run on my part... still got the no penalty bonus.. + Informações

Released in 2001 by Bizzare Creations, MSR has been widely regarded as one of the best racing games on the Dreamcast, also featuring an excellent (and massive!) soundtrack composed by the mastermind known as Richard Jacques. It featured a variety of music, ranging from rock, to jazz (as shown here), to trance, and even to R&B. This is from the JazzFunk portition of the soundtrack, and can be heard in London on the "101.6FM: Capital Jazz" radio station. Why this hasn't been uploaded on YouTube also puzzles me, since this is arguably one of the best tunes in the entire game.. + Informações
