I ended my speech with a joke, a joke that which no one got. The whole class just watched.. in pure.. unadulturated.. flat out.. boredum. But wait.. what is that... I must be dreaming.. a clap? His lips were so soft. There was no shock at all. I'd thought what it'd be like if I'd kissed him. But I didnt think itd be this.. This.... breath-taking. This was no ordinary kiss, this was.. knee-weaking. Stomach whirling. And I loved every second of it. I started to lean in to her, not knowing if she would except me. She did more than that. She crashed her body into mine. Our lips met softly but there was nothing soft about it. She kissed me with such passion. Ive kissed alot of girls and none of them made me feel like this. I'm back again. This time I created a video with the songs that I image perfect for the soundtrack of New Moon. The titles of the songs are not included in the video but I write them here. Let's start: 1) The first song is instrumental. This is the "Notturno" of a Beethoven, a soft and melancholy symphony which I imagined as a main theme of New Moon. After the incident of Bella, Edward seems more distant and cold. Love begins to freeze and everything seems to become black. 2) "Secondhand Serenade - Goodbye" The second song is appropriate for the moment od goodbye, specifically when Bella starts to run in to the forest searching Edward. 3) "The summer Obsession - I miss you" The third song I think that is appropriate when Bella lives suffering and loneliness. The dialogues with her father are silent and short and Jacob's friendship starts to become something important. 4)"Kevin Kern - Sundial Dreams" The fourth song is instrumental. I imagined Bella alone, lost in his thoughts, with no way out. 5)"POD - Goodbye for now" The fifth song belongs to Bella, to the voice of her soul, her desire to not forget despite all efforts to erase memories. 6)"Lady Antebellum - Never Alone" The last song is the happy ending. Out of everything I've done so far, this would have to earn the top spot for me. It's not balls out metal like all of my previous remixes; this is a much more mellow interpretation of various themes from Lufia & The Fortress of Doom as well as Lufia 2: Rise of the Sinistrals. I originally planned to have lyrics in this piece (as performed by my good friend starla (known as injury on OverClocked Remix)), and one day I may move forward with this when I can write some that don't sound absurdly cheesy. There is one line of spoken dialogue near the end, from a pal of mine named DrumUltima (who also happens to be doing vocals on my upcoming solo album. Oops, I wasn't supposed to mention that). The purpose of the piece is to evoke a melancholy and remorseful feeling as it visits the various themes throughout; the first being the theme of the floating island as Maxim, Selan, Guy, and Artea fight their way through the Sinistral's hordes. Following that is a take on Iris' theme, as her true identity is revealed and her course in the story finally explained. After that, a very few brief pieces of battle music, until the line of dialogue is spoken. "Just rest; I'll hold you until the very end. I promise." While not taken directly from the game, I imagined it to be something Maxim would say to a dying Selan, their fates both firmly sealed as the floating island came crashing down to the earth below. Finale - Andante Moderato - 25:26 The slowish introduction to the first movement presents two motifs, a menacing figure in the bass played by timpani, bassoons and cellos, which is immediately followed by a melancholy phrase from the clarinet. Having established a mood -- surely coloured by the times in which the symphony was composed -- the movement immediately reaches the first subject, Allegro con anima, a tune heard initially on flute and oboe. The menacing figure of the introduction returns before the first subject melody reappears in full orchestra, leading to the second subject, the horns in full cry. During the development the two opening motifs are heard again -- Goossens calls the first 'puckish' and the second 'wistful'. Towards the end the second opening motif appears once again, now on the flute, but victory has not been achieved and the menacing opening idea is heard, still muttering on pizzicato strings as the music fades. The slow movement, Andante espressivo, opens with a solo for bass clarinet. Goossens calls it a 'moody soliloquy' and it leads to the first subject, richly harmonised by the strings.
