Finding spots that didn't have anything directly modern about them took some time. And it was pretty rough, in terms of conditions. Summer in Florida can get pretty mean. But we were supposed to be sweaty and dirty, so I guess it helped there. We shot the entire thing with a budget of $165. Unless you count my doctor's visit. After being in the swamps and out among all those dead trees, I had gathered a variety of weird bites. Three days after shooting, I woke up and the back of my neck red and swollen and tender to the touch. I had to go the to doctor to get it sorted out (read: get antibiotics). But beyond that, and the cuts and bruises I got from jumping into that ditch, it went well.. + Informações

Growing up with humble beginnings in rural Montana, Jeff witnessed not only the tranquility of rural life, but also the difficulties that can often accompany growing up in extremely isolated areas. Luckily, Jeff found skateboarding, fell in love with it, and discovered the self-confidence that it can inspire. Remembering his roots and the positive effects skateboarding can have on young people, Jeff currently helps build epic skate parks in some of the most rural and deprived areas in the west. Friday, 25th May 2012, saw "The Lorries"/UK playing at Germany's traditional Wave-Gotik-Treffen festival (est.1992) for the first time in the band's 30 years history. About 1.500 attendees watched Chris Reed, Dave "Wolfy" Wolfenden, Mark "Chill" Chillington (these 3 already played together on the 'Blow' tour in 1989) and "newer" Lorries' bass guitarist Mark Hubbard (since 2003) at the Felsenkeller in Leipzig, Germany. The post-punk group from Leeds (northern England), which orignally formed in 1981 and put out its first release "Beating my head"/"I'm still waiting" in 1982, presented an 85 min. set of classics plus three new songs in their typical style of dark rock, enriched by elements of the early 1970s psychedelic rock.-- Audio sound of the film is not optimal, but it's only for the purpose of getting an impression anyway. -- Note: THIS FOOTAGE IS FOR PERSONAL /PRIVATE USE ONLY. + Informações
