O Magic Kingdom inaugurado em 1971, é um parque voltado para a magia e os principais personagens da Disney. O parque é dividido nas seguintes áreas: A Main Street, USA, que retrata uma cidade antiga do interior dos EUA. Nela se realizam as famosas paradas e desfiles. Ao final dessa avenida situa-se o famoso castelo da Cinderela. A Adventure Land (Terra da Aventura) tem como atrações a Jungle Cruise, um passeio por uma selva tropical, e os Piratas do Caribe, uma viagem que termina numa batalha entre piratas. A Frontierland (Terra da Fronteira) apresenta: o Big Thunder Mountain Railroad (montanha-russa numa mina do velho Oeste), a Splash Mountain (que tem uma queda d' água de 15 metros). A Liberty Square (Praça da Liberdade) é uma homenagem à independência dos EUA, e apresenta como atrações a Mansão Mal-Assombrada (com cemitério, jantar dançante, e quarto assombrado), passeios de barco (Liberty Square Riverboat) eo Hall of Presidents, além de haver lá o Liberty Tree Bell, um sino réplica daquele existente no local onde foi assinada a Declaração de Independência e ainda alguns restaurantes. Rapunzel welcomed everyone to their meet and greet, then danced with the kids. Tangled is a 2010 computer animated musical comedy film produced by Walt Disney Animation Studios. It is the 50th animated feature in the Walt Disney Animated Classics series. The film features the voices of Mandy Moore, Zachary Levi, Donna Murphy and Kristin Chenoweth. And is loosely based on the German fairy tale "Rapunzel" in the collection of folk tales published by the Brothers Grimm. The film tells the story of a lost princess with long magical hair who yearns to leave her secluded tower. Against her mother's wishes, she enlists the aid of a bandit thief to take her out into the world which she has never seen. Non-speaking characters include Pascal, Rapunzel's pet chameleon, and Maximus, the horse of the head of the palace guard. A small sequel called Tangled Ever After is a 6-minutes animated film short also directed by Nathan Greno and Byron Howard. The film premiered before the 3D theatrical re-release of Beauty and the Beast 3D. The story of the short immediately follows that of Tangled. Rapunzel and Eugene Fitzherbert are getting married while Pascal and Maximus chase the lost wedding rings around town. Splash Mountain é uma das atrações mais concorridas de Magic Kingdom, que foi inaugurada em 17 de julho de 1992, sendo baseada no desenho de Walt Disney, "Song of the South", criado em 1946. Um passeio emocionante em um "tronco de árvore", com capacidade para até oito passageiros, que percorre um trecho recheado de emoções e muita água. O trajeto completo da atração tem cerca de 11 minutos de duração, com destaque para os bonecos animatrônicos "Brer Rabbit", "Brer Bear" e "Brer Fox", além da famosa e íngreme queda d'água, chamada "Chickapin Hill", com inclinação 45 graus, que faz o barquinho atingir velocidade de 70 quilômetros por hora. From Disney.com: Pirates of the Caribbean, a classic attraction in Magic Kingdom theme park that appeals to big kids, teens and adults, features a 14-foot drop over a waterfall into pirate caves. The boat then floats through a town where pirates are pillaging and Captain Jack Sparrow is hiding. The Pirates of the Caribbean journey begins at the end of the Adventureland area where a skeleton pirate sits in a crow's nest attached to a ship's mast. WDWRadio.com - In a dramatic new projection show filled with special effects and magic, Cinderella Castle will transform into a shimmering canvas for images of Walt Disney World guests and the memories they made that day at Magic Kingdom. In the nighttime spectacle, photos of guests captured that very day in the park will be projected larger-than-life among the spires and turrets of Cinderella Castle. In similar fashion, guest images will be projected onto "it's a small world" on select nights at Disneyland Park in California, beginning Jan. 27. The ten-minute experience -- called "The Magic, The Memories, and You!" -- will dazzle park guests on both coasts in ways never before experienced, themed to beloved Disney stories and with playful animated sequences that seem to defy the architecture of the buildings. The spectacle is scheduled most nights with up to two shows per night depending on theme park operating hours and other special ticketed events. As many as 500 images shot that day will project onto the castle each night the show is presented, producers estimate. Disney PhotoPass photographers will capture guests creating new memories as they "smile for the castle."
