HOLY CRAP UPDATE- Good news, the owner was located, and the rings have been returned. The park and rec here in my town has a 60 day hold, then return to finder policy for items with a value greater than $300. I have used this program many times, and I have had all but two of my finds returned to me. This was only the 2nd time in over 12 years that the owner had ALREADY filed a lost claim. They contacted the owner, and he gave a full rundown on all the markings, even the triangle stamp with the words "tru-glo". He also had the correct location, in the correct park. (over 50 parks). FYI, the owner (Son of Mason) told the park office that the 14k ring with the big stones is 100% fake, and that the Masonic 10k ring is the real deal. The over twenty-thousand residents of the village of Wukan in south China's Guangdong Province have expelled all local Communist Party authorities, including police, and blocked road access to the village. The British newspaper The Telegraph was able to get a journalist on the ground in Wukan on Tuesday. Malcom Moore called the current incident the first time on record that the Party has "lost all control" in a situation of "open revolt." This marks the latest escalation in an ongoing confrontation between villagers and local Communist Party officials they've called corrupt and abusive. For three months, Wukan residents have been staging occasional large-scale protests against a longstanding series of abuses committed by local Party officials. The villagers' biggest grievance was corrupt officials profiting from illegally selling the villagers' land. At 108800 HP, this guy may seem like a pushover, but one bad choice, coupled with Professor K's resistance, defence and reflect will have your party sprawled on the floor in no time. This punishing dungeon has no save points and you'll spend at least 30 minutes turn tailing your way back to get another shot at the little fella. He may be harder than The Immortal One if you do not know what you're doing and get your party wiped out by Annihilation. Most people that beat him used the new DLC items like Accelerator (Reduce casting time 3) or Rose Quartz (Turn Cast). These items are obtained from mini bosses you encounter in Random fights along the last 9 levels (16B to 24B). However, some people claim to never get these items (rare drop) even after 5 hours. On May 10, 43-year old Allen Kephart died after being tased multiple times by three San Bernardino, California sheriff's deputies during a routine traffic stop. Kephart, a quiet and well-liked member of the tight-knit mountain community around Lake Arrowhead, allegedly ran a stop sign and became "combative" during the stop. But local residents say this claim is wildly out of character for Kephart, who had no police record and no history of aggressive behavior or even temper. Kephart's death has galvanized the local community around a problem they say is getting worse: aggressive policing and the souring of relations between civilians and local law enforcement. While an FBI review of Kephart's death proceeds, the people of Lake Arrowhead are demanding a change in the climate of fear that has grown up in this quiet rural community.
