Here's a song I've been wanting to do for a while now: the icy, foreboding, yet yearning closing track from On's ridiculously underrated album 'Shifting Skin.' On was a one-off side project of Ken Andrews, the brains behind such late 90s acts as Failure, Year Of The Rabbit, and The Replicants (en.wikipedia.org Released in 2000, this album revisited 80s analog synth textures in a more "alterna-pop" 90s production framework, and was a longtime favorite of mine right from the get-go. This video was created entirely from a selection of largely-insufferable educational films sourced from the Prelinger Archive. My only objective here was to make this clip feel as eerie and dreamy as the music I set these images to. Once again, thanks for watching and I hope you all enjoy the clip!. + Informações
