I have never found Karen's older work on Youtube. "Sunday in Nandua," is such a pretty album. Karen voice is so melodic and refreshing, almost like a dip in a cool mountain spring. With that being said I post three of my favourite tracks off of the 1997 album, "Sunday in Nandua." The first being, "Nowhere to Go." #74: This is the first time that Bob Dean, Peter Dean, Pete Heitzman and Karen Savoca have been in the same room with Gary, Cathy, and myself. Preparing for the show has been difficult because it was all rehearsed in "components"; In Pete Heitzman's and Karen's case, they had to learn material "on-line" while on tour in Utah! So for those in the room on this night, to finally hear how some of the pieces actually fit together was a pretty magical experience. Because NONE of us will actually hear how it all fits together until we play together at the actual show, hopefully some of that magic of a first time discovery will be experienced by the audience as well.
