This is the path I take on my alt to farm junkboxes for ravenholdt rep. I now take the 2 extra paths I mention in the room with the ramps every time, since I was going too fast. some helpfull tips: 1. be an engineer. having access to jeeves for your bank and moll-e for a mailbox makes this so much easier. use jeeves first, then an hour later, use jeeves and moll-e to mail everything. and repeat. you'll never have to leave the instance. 2. don't try to save anything you pickpocket other than junkboxes. who cares about that star ruby? 3. come with as much inv space as possible. this also goes for your bank too if you're an engi. I use full netherweave bags, and keep 5 empty bags in my bank. all I carry into this instance is my hearthstone, my mailbox, and jeeves. 4. don't leave the instance unless absolutely necessary. you might end up changing your mind about farming for a bit, and run off doing something else. if you're an engi with jeeves on CD for 10 minutes, go do something else for 10 minutes. 5. pray to the god of RNG, and hope it blesses you. despite the fact that there are about 150 mobs, you can walk away from 1 circle with 2 boxes, or even 40+ boxes. just keep at it. good luck. I've averaged 150-ish junkboxes an hour at times.. + Informações

Doing some minor upgrades on my home-build junker CNC router and wondered what I'd do while it took 60 minutes to cut a part. Answer: take lots of short videos on my phone and stitch them together. :-) For the record target cutting speed is 175mm/min in 19mm MDF using a 3mm carbide end mill. 1mm step down. The machine can jog at 600mm/min but cutting any faster than about 200 is not practical as the machine flexs so much the tool chatters and makes a horrid cut. That's why I'm cutting this new bit, to try and make it slightly more rigid, to allow me to cut more accurate parts for a better overall machine. That's pretty much the normal evolution for CNC hobby setups. Build a machine to make better parts to make another machine that can make better parts.. You can see where that goes. I use libreCAD under Linux to draw my parts, and NCplot to create the g-code from the saved DXF. I'm thinking I might get one of vectrics tools once I've got a better machine, but I like the nuts and bolts feeling of NCplot for 2.5D stuff. My 2nd attempt at building a valve amp, its called the junk box because the build started out from scrap parts salvaged from other amps, a 50v transformer from a SS hifi (used a voltage quadrupler to get a +HT of about 220v) , a line transformer found in my school classroom, 1M pots from various places, and components from an old TV, only things new are the 12AX7 preamp tube and the 12AU7 power tube in PP config. the tone control is similar to the big muff pi, with a mid boost/ cut switch. controls : gain, volume, Tone. Its played through a DIY cab, again from various speakers salvaged from old guitar amps (4x8") its quite a bassy cab, evetually il build a proper 4x12" cab with a celestion greenbacks. the guitar used was an ibanez RG7321, hence the random lows from the 7th string. cant play much at the moment, chisled a lump out of my finger the other day in woodwork (so sorry about the crappy playing), but i want to take this one apart for the next project. theres a schematic available if wanted, just needs some updating... quite bad sound quallity, im using quite a dcent mic, but the output is very low, so theres alot of PC background noise where the sounds been boosted after recording, guess the next project is a mic preamp.. + Informações

This is the route i used while farming junkboxes for ravenholdt rep. I used a level 70 rogue so you definatly don't need a level 80 for this. The spec is in sub for maximum speed and even shadowstep for those odd occasions. The macro i mentioned is this: /console set targetnearestdistance 10 /cleartarget /targetenemy [target=target, noexists] /cast pick pocket I find it useful for my farmstyle that way i can just mash it and now have to manually change targets. Insane in the Membrane Achievement - Ravenholdt Reputation Aspect. To get exalted with Ravenholdt, you're looking at around 1400 lockboxes once you've capped honoured (I think +5 to get that +1 rep over the edge, and a few more if you wanna cap it out) My personal experience was that LBRS gave you a route you could not only continually travel without ever worrying about their pockets being re-filled, but also an opportunity for some silver elites to pop with some oldschool recipes that sell nicely, and also if you have an enchanter in your party, or are an enchanter yourself, you can kill the bosses to recieve Large Brilliant Shards for Shen'Drelar rep. Once you make it a full loop this method, you've explored all possible silver elite spawns for LBRS and can reset the instance to restore everythings pockets and the bosses or elites you may have killed for other reasons. It's also worth noting whilst I didn't go and finish off the last boss, Overlord Wyrmthalakk, you can do that to get an epic lv 60 ring which has a nice cool effect (Can see an example on www.saate.net) - But since I'd already gotten this, I decided to skip that room, even though it'd be just as effective to loop around and drop down. They could contain some of the best items for rogues, including a One Handed Sword, Dagger and a Thrown Weapon. Found an easy way to farm for these Junkboxes from the quest Swift Action www.wowhead.com It's a late quest, deep in the overall Vashj'ir questing area.
