Its been almost 20 hours since my surgery its about 10:40 the next day, I finished around 3:00. Everything went pretty well, the doctor said I bled a little more on this side so its going to be a little more swollen. The pain hasnt been that bad, the worst part was getting the catheter tube removed - that was not fun. This morning I drank some apple juice and some water and Im going to try and wait for this ice cream to melt and then I can drink it out of this, so - its difficult because my throat is really sore but other than that I think Im doing pretty well. Im supposed to go home tomorrow so I have one more night here. I made the mistake of looking at myself in the mirror which was pretty depressing so Ill try not to do that again.
