Beloved husband of Mary Ann Bell; loving father of Debbie (Keith) Wisbar, John Michael (Lora) Bell and Joseph A.(Barbara) Bell; proud grandfather of Ryan Wisbar, Michael and Nora Bell. John was a wonderful husband, father, grandfather, servant and friend. He served in the Army and as a chaplain at Western Penitentiary. He was founder and director of Life's Key Prison Ministry and an elder at Bethel Bible Church. Friends received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm Monday at PAUL L. HENNEY MEMORIAL CHAPEL, 5570 Library Road, Bethel Park, where funeral services will be held at 11 am Tuesday. Interment will follow at The National Cemetery of The Alleghenies with full military honors. A memorial service will be held 11 am on Saturday, April 5, at Browns Hill Bible Chapel, Beechwood Boulevard, Pittsburgh, PA 15217.
