"No Sugar" is a collaboration between legendary UK producer/DJ Joey Negro and Serbia's Gramophonedzie. After searching high and low for a unique-sounding jazz-swing sample to use on their first tune together, they surprisingly came across the moody-but-sexy track 'Sugar Sugar' on the soundcloud of unsigned future-jazz vocalist Shea Soul. The tune, an authentic retro jazz swing ditty, fitted the bill perfectly for the chorus-drop of the new record so they sampled it. Add a fierce uptempo "Count Basie meets Chicago house" groove and the ultra-catchy dance tune 'No Sugar' was born.
