Los Angeles - Law enforcement officials say that when houses go into foreclosure, well-organized criminals break into the homes and create illegal titles. They set up the utilities in their names and they live there until they are evicted. In other cases, the criminals take over the foreclosed houses and then rent them to unsuspecting victims. We approached the people living in one Hollywood Hills home that residents in the neighborhood accused of being squatters. Bank officials say they want them out and law enforcement is also investigating. When FOX 11's Gina Silva approached them -- after an ugly confrontation -- they told us they paid $5000 to rent the house. The man yelling obscenities in the video is rapper, JO Felony. His girlfriend told us they rented the house and insisted they are not squatters. A lot of innocent people are caught up in these illegal foreclosure scams. In 1994 Jayo Felony was signed to the label owned by Jam Master Jay called Jam Master Jay Records. That year Jayo released his debut album, Take a Ride. In 1998, Jayo released his follow-up album, Whatcha Gonna Do? on Def Jam. It featured rappers like Method Man, DMX, Mack 10, WC, Redman, Kokane, Ice Cube, E-40 and 8 Ball & MJG. In 1999, he released Underground. He was due to release his fourth album, Hotter Than Fish Grease, in 2000, but for legal reasons the album was never released. Jayo Felony is now working on his next album called "Don't Get MeatBalled". Jayo Felony became embroiled in the feud between Daz Dillinger and Kurupt, after siding with Kurupt and his group The Riflemen, Jayo released a diss track called "Daz Is Dead", were he instantly attacked Daz calling him an internet gangbanger. Daz responded with "Pistol Whip" dissing Jayo, Kurupt, Suge Knight and The Riflemen. Jayo and some Death Row posse were invloved in an altercation with Snoop Dogg and Tray Deee on the set of John Singletons Baby Boy film. Jayo dissed Snoop on a track called "You's A Character". Now they are all on good terms and Kurupt is back together with Tha Dogg Pound Snoop Dogg will be on the Don't Get MeatBalled Album.. + Informações
