Als blasierter Dandy und als Schöpfer der Romanfigur "Marc Caine" machte JK die Mattscheiben unsicher. Die tuntige Mode kombiniert mit der amüsanten Synchro ist einmalig! Zum Glück hat Koch Media (kein Scherz) das Phänomen erkannt und alle Folgen auf DVD in Dtl erscheinen lassen. Hingewiesen sei noch auf die großartige Stimme von Peter Wyngarde, nämlich Jürgen Thormann, ein Theatermann, der in Rostock geboren wurde und in Güstrow und Berlin Theater gespielt hat. Er ist meine absolute Lieblings Synchro-Stimme. ZB spricht Thormann noch Michael Caine oder Peter O'Toole. Die Qualität seiner Sprache ist phänomenal. Ähnlich wurde die bekanntere Serie "Die Zwei" vom Synchro-Studio bearbeitet. Tony Curtis und Roger Moore brachten ein paar Jahre nach den Department S / Jason King - Folgen die Leute zum lachen, bzw. deren Stimmen. Department S was a British espionage/science fiction adventure series produced by ITC Entertainment. The series lasted for 28 episodes, which aired in 1969-70. The series starred Peter Wyngarde as Jason King (who later went on to star in his own, eponymous, spin-off series), Joel Fabiani as Stewart Sullivan and Rosemary Nicols as Annabelle Hurst.
