A few years ago, I took a speech & oral communication class at college, and we had the assignment to give a speech using some kind of sensory aid (audio, visual, etc.). I chose to tell the story of King Jehoshaphat in 2 Chronicles 20 using a snare drum. (I would have liked to include more drumming, but there was a time limit.) This isn't the most amazing drumming in the world, but I hope you will enjoy the way it is integrated into the story. Hopefully, this will give you some ideas on how to use rudimental drumming in different venues and how to be creative in telling Bible stories.. + Informações

Original, studio recording of the song. Sweet Cherry Wine is a song by Tommy James and the Shondells from their 1969 album Cellophane Symphony. The song hit number seven on the Billboard Hot 100 and hit number six on the Canadian charts. This "trippy" song was released at the height of psychedelia and right after one previous trippy song by Tommy James and the Shondells, Crimson and Clover and before Crystal Blue Persuasion. It actually expresses Tommy James' Christian beliefs, particularly that "sweet cherry wine" is indeed the Blood of Christ. The song begins with the use of an organ, adds brass instruments, and ends with a solo flute that fades out at the end of the song.
