Jackie Rawe - I Believe In Dreams (1985) 'I Believe In Dreams' is a cover of Ellie Warren's 1979 single 'Lover's Theme', although the lyrics have been altered slightly. It was released in 1985 by Fanfare Records, which was set up by Simon Cowell. Both versions are great, although Ellie Warren's version has a wonderful orchestral arrangement.
