The Hidden Spy drops "The Secret 1" for Drudgen's "Secret Item" quest. Along with the Contract of Miltonius, the quest gives you the dual-wielding "Iron Scythe of Miltonius", which can be also used to create the "Death Scythe of Miltonius" with a few more items. Raegents needed for The Secret Item: 1. The Secret 1 Get this item from Hidden Spy. 2. Unidentified 13 (Contract of Nulgath) You can get this item from Spin the Wheel, The Assistant, or Nulgath quests. To get the Secret 1. Accept The Secret Item quest. Then type /join willowcreek and go into Eastman's House. Then go into his backyard. You will see the Hidden Spy. If you don't it's probably because someone already killed it and did not respawn ( Hidden Spy has random Spawns). Kill Hidden Spy until you get it.
