There are some great orchestral sections that does kick back to the old "Out of the Blue" type sounds. --- In 1988 Bev Bevan, the lifelong drummer of the band ELO, asked Jeff Lynn asking to make another ELO album. Jeff Lynn said no, so in 1989 Bev Bevan recreated ELO without Jeff Lynn under the name ELO Part II.
