I saw Devon AKA BeastBodybuilding doing these in his lifting videos and decided to give them a try and see what I could do. I remember he had a bench and he had stacked folded up blue mats on top of it to make it higher than parallel. I didn't have blue mats so I used a plastic "step" board to raise the height of the bench about 4 inches so I would stop a little above parallel too. These are definitely way easier and much more comfortable than a raw ATG squat. If your knees are sore or you are tired but still want to work your legs I recommend trying these. Don't hate on me for stopping above parallel, this is an assistance exercise for the legs, not a real powerlifting squat. I'm not trying to pass this off as anything other than what it is. I just wanted to try squatting the way Devon does in some of his vids.. + Informações

Form was even more loose today, they are starting to look like wide range dumbbell presses I know, regardless still got a decent upper chest workout. To anyone who has a problem with my form lets see you try 85s with better form, just about every other video I have seen where people use around 85's doesn't look to much better then this in my opinion.
