after watching vonnieglens video using a freechex 3 tool i thought i would have a go at improving productivity.i purchased a frreechex 3 off charle, bought a arbor press off ebay,and made a custom coil feeder.i slit some liho coil to 1/2" wide x 250 feet long(in hindsight i sould have made it 7/16" to save on scrap) i then made a centre for the coil to go on from plywood.the arbour base plae i drilled a hole straight through for the gas checks to fall through,then half drilled the base same saize as the tool,so it would not move,for those of you that were counting i did 100 gc in the video in about 2 minutes,from 1 roll of coil 250 feet long i have made 5200 gas checks.. + Informações
