I have to admit that I do not know where this comes from. I purchase large quantities of MP3 downloads, and often they are identified, but not always. I believe this was posted at one time on Youtube, although it no longer is, as nearly as I can tell. It appears to be a home made recording, probably at a party. It's just a joke, Lanza having some fun. It would be a mistake to take it for anything more. Two such great tenors don't have to prove anything to each other, and this sounds like a spur-of-the-moment silly thing that got caught on tape, without meaning anything at all.
