PFD was dispatched to a reported brush fire in the area of 20 and County Line Rd. On arrival it was determined additional resources would be needed. This is an advanced combat suit for garrysmod. It includes a heavy melon/propane launcher and a jetpack. The contraption physics is build using wiremod E2, and the props for the suit are from HL2, HL2 expansions, and TF2. It uses a wiremod damage detector so that the suit can take damage and die on any server. The prop construction of the suit probably took around 4 hours of development, going through a few versions. The E2 development probably took about 12 hours of work in total with all the versions and testing. A large part of the E2 development time was spent tweaking all the sound effects and special effects to be perfect. The two weapons (the melon launcher and propane lancher) are just wire prop spawners combined with E2 apply force code.
