The Fuzzy Box is a Pedal I built from new and used parts and set up the resistor and cap values around the germanium transistors that were in my junk box to keep it cheap. The end component values were derived through trial and error via the sound I was looking for. Cost was around $30AU. Hope it inspires you to have a shot at making your own.. + Informações

Although Blind Willie Johnson recorded only Gospel songs his slide guitar playing is drenched in the blues. All his slide songs are played in open D tuning (DADF#AD) but I arranged this one for the 4-string cigar box guitar tuned to GDgd. I know this song has been overrecorded...but it's still a good one and sounds great on the cigar box guitar. With only 4 strings I have to play it differently and search for new angles.
