Song writing has been a big challenge for me. this competition has made me do things I've never done before! At first, I wrote a rap song called "Nutella song (-tout là haut là)" , then mommy said that I should try something else. then I wrote "I believe in Santa". It was a very nice song for children in a Bébé Lily style, but not so inspiring. Then we tried to dig in my treasure box and found a letter that I wrote for my best friend, Dara, and the letters that she wrote for me. My mom and I laughed because the way we spelled words when we were 5 to 6 years old were so cute and funny. (that was also the time when we had to move to Venezuela and that I have to leave out my best friend in France.) So then we stuck to the idea of writing a song about a special friend. It was originally written in french "Tu dessines un sourire sur mon visage" and my mom translated in English, though we left some parts in French. Many people have requested this song because of its lyrics. The words are so powerful that sometimes, some people leave comments on how this song have touched them, especially sung by a young child. Thank you: I'm on Top 2 of the Cree Ingles International Idol Search Season 1. For me, it's a very big thing to even get there. I'm only 7 years old and vocally, i have nothing against the adult competitors and I must say that they did not undeserve it either even if they did not make it as far as I did.
