By popular request, here is the first EVER ShroudFilm production. This was Laurie's final student film after he chose to specialise in music video, and to increase the duration to exceed the required 10 minutes he added a Spinal Tap-esque mock-rock-umentary about the fictional band Nephwrack (please note that this is in no way related to or connected with the real-world UK metal band Nephwrack who formed long after this video was completed). The name 'Nephwrack' was taken from the tabletop paper'n'dice roleplaying game 'Wraith: The Oblivion', and Laurie wrote and recorded all the music featured in this video along with guitarist Edward Simmonds. The video also features David Stanton (of UK goth-rock band Season's End) and Paul Stanton (ex-Season's End, Fourwaykill and NYA) who kindly gave of their time and musicianship to help with the project. Laurie went on to re-record, produce and distribute all the music featured in the video under the real-world band name of The Commissar. Please note that certain sections of the video have been censored to prevent any misleading information from being shown. Enjoy the nostalgia!. + Informações
