L'idea è quella di raccontare attraverso immagini la condivisione di un comune spazio e tempo, da quattro punti di vista marcati e differenti tra loro, sviluppando percorsi comuni ma anche individuali. Le tappe del viaggio, che toccherà diverse località tra Danimarca, Svezia, Norvegia, sono state scelte in base alla possibilità di incontrare fotografi locali, selezionati attraverso il web, con i quali collaborare, e dai quali apprendere invece una visione "dall'interno" di luoghi a noi così estranei, vivendo con loro per i giorni del viaggio. Il racconto per immagini sarà affiancato da un "diario di bordo", trasferito in tempo reale su questo blog. TORONTO SUBWAY is the Practical Way to Move around the City of Toronto. The TORONTO SUBWAY and RAIL TRANSIT system is a rapid transit railway network in TORONTO, ONTARIO, CANADA, operated by the Toronto Transit Commission (TTC). This video presents a minecart journey on the Blue Line, one of several transit lines that I'm building on a large map for the upcoming "official" Minecart Rapid Transit multiplayer server. The server is not ready yet, as I still need to build the other lines and setup plugins and such. I plan to have four lines in total (Blue, Green, Yellow, and Red), all intersecting at the Central/Spawn station, seen at 3:15 in the video. The server will be in creative mode and will be public, but visitors will initially only be able to ride the lines and roam around. I hope to set up a way for people to apply for builder status, so they can go build some epic cities, towns, and other landmarks near the existing stations. Most of the stations are also initially unnamed, so I'll leave up to the server members to suggest names for the stations once some structures have been built. There are 28 stations on the Blue Line, from the southeast to the northwest portions of the map. It takes about 22 real-life minutes to travel from one end of the line to the other, and this timelapse is sped up 4 times faster. I'll post an isometric rendering of the map at a later date, probably after I've finished all four lines. The station design used here is my Minecart Rapid Transit Station v4.1.
