It's creepy and it's kooky, mysterious and spooky, it's all together ooky. . . and whacky ! ! ! The Whacky Shack dark ride at Waldameer Park in Erie, Pennsylvania was built by Bill Tracy in 1970. Bill Tracy is considered a legend in the dark ride business and sadly there are very few of his attractions left. The Whacky Shack at Joyland Amusement Park in Wichita, Kansas is another Bill Tracy creation that closed along with the entire park in 2006. A fire was started inside the ride in April, 2007 and was put out by a Park employee. I believe the Joyland Whacky Shack is still standing. Haiii, I haz new video. (Feel free to turn up the volume) I have a few things to say about this video, so pause and read. First off.. New youtube layout SAWKS! It's all bleh! Anyways. It was pretty damn hard to make. I never made a complete video with a song like this before. And I'm telling you, it's not easy. I have tried to become better with effects lately, tried having a fast pace throughout a video for a long time. But I never really seem to get over that hill. However, this is the first video in a while that I actually feel that I'm taking steps forward instead of standing still. Now I'm not sure if I finished this video because of the song, or that I was desperate to post something again. But I did finish it, and I couldn't be more glad.
