How long have you guys been playing together? B: Well, Cameron and I were playing when we were like in 7th grade together and we started to play in a band called, Dead Letter Diaries, and we did that for like 4 years. And then end of that Chase started taking for us like being guitar check. Then he eventually joined the band and started doing some guitar and piano stuff, so I think Eye Alaska as it stands now is like 3 years. What got you into music? Brandon: What got us into music? We grew up in musical families. Chase: I was raised by music. I would always listen to some Michael Jackson to The Beatles by my parents would always play music and stuff. Brandon: Well we have a lot of musical influences you know .I listen to a lot of Movie Soundtracks. Just a lot of cool pop stuff; Michael Jackson. You know we all kind of... Yeah, Radioheads. Lots of stuff. Who do you look up to? Brandon: Who do we look up to? That's a good question. I think..definitely for me my parents..have been so supportive of me and I think all our parents have been supportive. Helping us to do, I mean it's a career a lot of parents don't want their kids to get into cause you know there's no guarantee.
