How to make easy kimchi ("mak kimchi" in Korean). full recipe: www.maangchi.com It's made with small pieces of cabbage that are easier to handle and take less time to prepare. Ingredients: Baechu (napa cabbage 10 pounds), salt, sweet rice flour, sugar, water, garlic, ginger, onion, fish sauce, squid, hot pepper flakes, leek, green onions, carrot, radish. Directions: 1.Trim the discolored outer leaves of 10 pounds of napa cabbage. 2.Cut the cabbage lengthwise into quarters and remove the cores. 3.Chop it up into bite size pieces. 4.Soak the pieces of cabbage in cold water and put the soaked cabbage into a large basin. Sprinkle salt. *tip: 1 cup of salt will be used for 10 pounds of napa cabbage 5. Every 30 minutes, turn the cabbage over to salt evenly (total salting time will be 1½ hours). 6.1½ hours later, rinse the cabbage in cold water 3 times to clean it thoroughly. 7.Drain the cabbage and set aside. Make porridge: 1.Put 3 cups of water and ½ cup sweet rice flour (chapssal garu) in a pot and mix it well and bring to a boil. Keep stirring until the porridge makes bubbles (about 5 minutes). 2.Add ¼ cup sugar. Stir and cook for a few more mintues until it's translucent. 3.Cool it down. Here is my gear list for a typical three-season hike. This is everything I carry except a little more food. I like to keep everything light and try to carry on the essentials. Backpacking can be lightweight, no doubt. Don't be one of the boyscouts who ways 110lbs and has a 60lbs pack! Seems like I have seen quite a few of them. It makes an excellent backup gun for an officer or a primary and comfortable-to-carry gun for a CCW holder. In some ways, the Sig P238 resurrects the defunct Colt Mustang design, a gun that was also very small, lightweight, and comfortable in carry. However a Colt Mustang this gun is not: it's much more reliable and its performance is a testament to proper R&D achieved by Sig Sauer. In about 250+ rounds of fire, we found the little P238 to be extremely accurate, comfortable and fun to shoot, and totally reliable with both PMC, Winchester USA FMJ, and 90 gr Federal Hydrashok loads. Few .380s achieve such performance without break-in straight from the box (except perhaps the excellent Walther PPK, another .380 favorite) and impressed us. The ergonomics are excellent with well placed controls, no sharp edges, good looking and high traction aluminum grips, excellent Tritium-dot night sights, and a well-placed mag release. Firepower, like in most subcompact .380s is limited to 6+1 but the gun reloads fast. The single action trigger adequately smooth, consistent, and helps achieve the impressive accuracy. Just thought I'd lay that out there for anyone who ends thinking "there's a bit too many snipers in this montage" just re-look over the first half, and that should change your mind. Also there is only one or two host clips. Plus snipers are on equal terms as me, they can snipe, they can deagle, I still have no advantage, for some reason people think if someone is a sniper the montage creator gets some mystical inherent advantage. Also, hit detection on snipers is alot worse. I have to defend myself using this ^ ^ because I realise I will get stereotypical unoriginal haters who will simply label it as bad because they can only remember a few clips with some snipers in.
