Here is the Bonus video from my Rescue Hero Series review...this is the Access Lock-S! The Access Lock-S is the Henshin Device for the Tokusou Exceedraft [1992 Toei Metal Hero Series] team. It's a pretty basic device...you pull it from the holster, pull the trigger and the screen and antenna are revealed. The screen in this toy is the exact same screen used in the Tokusou Techou [which I reviewed earlier]. While it is neat to have it here aswell, it definitely serves a better purpose in the Badge. It should be pointed out the when the toy is in closed mode, the clock portion of the screen is still revealed...nice little touch there. Overall, this is a pretty good toy. Really, this one is for die hard Exceedraft fans [all three of them]. If you're trying to decide between this and the badge, go for the badge. On the other hand, this is the Henshin Device [which is why the price is generally higher on this one...] Thanks for checking out my latest entry into the Rescue Hero Series. Here is the second of three videos from my Rescue Police Series. This is the Tokusou Techou from Tokusou Exceedraft. Bandai really nailed it this year with toys. You have the insanely popular Dyno Buckler and Dragon Buckler from Zyuranger [the original Power Morpher from Mighty Morphin Power Rangers for the unsavvy]. Oodles of toys from Dragonball Z and Kamen Rider SD...the debut of Sailormoon even. Which brings us here...with Exceedraft. I must say, the quality of toys for Exceedraft far exceeds [PUN!] that of previous Toei Metal Hero Series. Solbrain had some cheesy toys with bizarre designs, Winspector had blocky toys which were obviously left over 80s scraps. Exceedraft was full of fresh designs and ideas. Too bad it wasn't very popular... All of that brings me here, reviewing the Badge for the most technologically advance Metal Hero...possibly of all time. This toy certainly echoes all this. For starters, instead of pressing a button or using some kind of spring loaded feature, this badge manually flips open. A nice touch, possibly the most quaint thing about it. Beyond that there is a decent sized LCD screen with a working digital clock and three modes. 1)Suiting up animation 2)Building the armor 3)Protecting the armor The last two are interactive mini games. Pretty cool! Beyond the cool electronics, the design is pretty good. The red piece comes out for later attachments. I have to say, this is probably the best of the Metal Hero Badges.
