The victory of good over evil can be seen wherever one looks in modern Krakow. Once you see past this video's initial impression as a city break video sequence set to a stereotypical sentimental song then hopefully the point of it will become clear. The point is that everyone in the video would have died or not been born if Hitler had won the war and this is what struck me the most when I was in Krakow. I think the song is an amalgamation of the Cain and Abel and the Fallen Angel (ie the Devil) story. The song is actually about the sorrow of an angel (God / Nature) who witnesses the effects of hate and destruction 'man' has reaped on the world. The last verse in the song talks about 'man' burning the gift from God / Nature which is love and life.
