The message is to hold on hope and live a song at heart... The breathing space shine... Lyrics The weight of a morning sun Will fade eventually The feel of one of us behind Has left uncertainty Words right beneath your feet Will find what's not for me You're turning elusive Silence is undefined When all is kept inside You're turning elusive I'm Livin' a song at heart The breathing space will shine Space in between the lines Will fade eventually The crave for the morning light Prevails what we believed You're turning elusive Silence is undefined When all is kept inside You're turning elusive I'm Livin' a song at heart The breathing space will shine One morning sun for just one of us... Bob Lind (born Robert Neale Lind, in Baltimore, Ohio, November 25, 1942) was a folk music singer in the 1960s, who released one transatlantic chart hit single. That song was entitled "Elusive Butterfly", which was a #5 hit in 1966. Over 200 artists -- including Cher, Glen Campbell, Aretha Franklin, Dolly Parton, Eric Clapton, Nancy Sinatra, The Four Tops, Richie Havens, Hoyt Axton, and Petula Clark -- have covered songs written by Bob Lind, but as a recording artist, he remains a one-hit wonder. Lind retired from the music business in 1969 to pursue other interests. In more recent years he has resided in Florida and works as a writer. He is the author of five novels, and has written for such supermarket tabloids as the Weekly World News and the Sun. Lyrics: You might wake up some mornin' To the sound of something moving past your window in the wind And if you're quick enough to rise You'll catch a fleeting glimpse of someone's fading shadow Out on the new horizon You may see the floating motion of a distant pair of wings And if the sleep has left your ears You might hear footsteps running through an open meadow Don't be concerned .... + Informações |

Haruki MURAKAMI: In SEARCH of this elusive WRITER (DOCUMENTARY) 51.13 min. | 4.968912 avaliação | 31285 exibições Haruki Murakami (????, Murakami Haruki?, born January 12, 1949) is a Japanese writer and translator.[1] His works of fiction and non-fiction have garnered him critical acclaim and numerous awards. He is considered an important figure in postmodern literature. The Guardian praised him as "among the world's greatest living novelists" for his works and achievements.[2] Murakami was born in Japan during the post--World War II baby boom.[3] Although born in Kyoto, he spent his youth in Shukugawa (Nishinomiya), Ashiya and Kobe.[4][5] His father was the son of a Buddhist priest,[6] and his mother the daughter of an Osaka merchant.[7] Both taught Japanese literature.[8] Since childhood, Murakami has been heavily influenced by Western culture, particularly Western music and literature. He grew up reading a range of works by American writers, such as Kurt Vonnegut and Richard Brautigan, and he is often distinguished from other Japanese writers by his Western influences.[9] Murakami studied drama at Waseda University in Tokyo, where he met his wife, Yoko. His first job was at a record store, which is where one of his main characters, Toru Watanabe in Norwegian Wood, works. Shortly before finishing his studies, Murakami opened the coffeehouse (jazz bar, in the evening) "Peter Cat" in Kokubunji, Tokyo with his wife[10] (1974-1981).[11] Many of his novels have themes and titles that invoke classical music, such as the three books making up The Wind-Up Bird Chronicle: The Thieving .... + Informações |

Barry Sanders - Most Elusive 7.70 min. | 5.0 avaliação | 12685 exibições www.profootballhof.com One of the game's most electrifying runners, Barry Sanders rushed for more than 1000 yards in each of his 10 seasons with the Detroit Lions (1989-1998). He was the first running back ever to do so. The 1988 Heisman Trophy winner was also just the third person to gain more than 2000 yards in a season, a feat he accomplished in 1997. Sanders, after forgoing his senior season at Oklahoma State, made his pro debut just three days after signing with the Lions, who had made him their first-round pick and the third overall pick in the 1989 draft. He absolutely dazzled a Pontiac Silverdome crowd when he dashed for an 18-yard gain on his first carry as an NFL running back. But that was just the beginning. His 1470 yards rushing that season, a-then Lions record, fell just 10 yards short of the league's best for the year. In 1990, Sanders, with 1304 yards rushing, topped all ground gainers, something he would do again in 1994 (1883 yards) and in 1996 (1553 yards). His 44 receptions for 283 yards in 1994 gave him a combined 2166 yards from scrimmage. The most impressive feat of his remarkable career, however, came in 1997, when he rushed for a league-best 2053 yards and gained another 305 yards on 33 catches for an amazing 2358 combined yards gained. That year, Sanders, who was named league Most Valuable Player, gained more than 100 yards rushing in an NFL record 14 consecutive regular season games. Though not big by most standards, Sanders capitalized on his .... + Informações |
