This is a *temporary* fix to the E 74 . This fix only lasts for a few hours or a couple days. Its the kinda the same thing as the towel trick but way faster and less retarted. You cant mess up the Xbox because its already messed up with the E74! I did this to my Xbox 5 times After the Xbox finally died I sent it to Microsoft and in about 3 weeks they sent me another one for free. So it doesn't void your warranty.
