Begining stage of porting on a chevy vortec 350 head. Music thanks to a "Dying Tribe" demo. This is an extra head that I am using to practice on. This is my first attempt in porting and polishing. I started with what ever tools I could find around the house. I'm still not sure if it is a good idea to have taken down that step by the spark plug hole, because I don't want to raise the CC size. UPDATE: I have now left this project unfinished and moved on to porting a pair of 853 LS1 heads to prepare for a LS swap into my 3rd gen Camaro.
