No Carnaval de 2007, a escola de samba Unidos da Tijuca também abriu o desfile com uma enorme escultura do diabo. Com uma mão Satanás acenava para a multidão, como se a chamasse, e com a outra tirava fotografias das pessoas nas arquibancadas do Sambódromo. A grande máquina fotográfica que o diabo trazia na mão direita tinha um flash, que explodia a base de pólvora. O que isto queria dizer? Ora, tempos atrás, os africanos e os índios temiam tirar retratos, pois acreditavam que suas almas ficavam aprisionadas nas fotografias. Portanto, aquela imagem enorme de Satanás, no Sambódromo do Rio, mostrava claramente quem era o dono da festa e que era ele mesmo que havia chamado o povo para capturar as suas almas. Além de muita exposição no Sambódromo, que é a passarela mais importante do "maior espetáculo da Terra" também nas ruas e salões de todo o Brasil sempre tem alguém vestido de diabo ou diaba. Nunca faltam gnomos, duendes, faunos, bruxas, dragões, caveiras, etc... DEUS VÊ TUDO ISSO? Deve ser horrível para Deus ver até o que não gostaria de ver. Ele não pode virar o rosto para o outro lado ou mudar de canal. Quando o Senhor chamou Moisés ao Monte Sinai para lhe dar a planta do Tabernáculo e as tábuas de pedra com a Sua Palavra, permanecendo com ele durante quarenta dias e quarenta noites, Deus viu, simultaneamente, o povo lá embaixo realizando a primeira festa da carne descrita na Bíblia.
