Aloha Sangha! Today we're looking at the word "GODDESS" which is fastly becoming popular amongst the conscious community (especially used by women). In this video Brother Echo is not saying one way is right or not, all I'm asking is that we look at this together and examine this topic deeper. It is supremely important that as brothers and sisters consciously observing ourselves and our Sangha that we have the courage to participate in dialogs such as this. I don't really see a lot of harm coming by the way of using the term "GODDESS" but I do see perhaps some misplaced energy and attention by those who choose to use this term. It almost seems as though people go out of their way to use the term GODDESS (which I think is appropriate) but not in everyday conversation. I would like to ask those who watch this video and those who have consciously made a decision to use the term GODDESS to open your heart, open your mind and consider what you are implicating by doing so. The word GOD is not masculine or feminine! GOD is all inclusive and for anyone who thinks otherwise, that is a symptom of conditioning by parents, school, church and society as a whole. If we use the term GODDESS purposefully to make a point (whatever that point may be) we are implying and supporting the concept that GOD is in fact a form of masculine energy.
